An ancient queen who had ruled since the forgotten days where elves ruled Eldraine and thanks to the Cauldron of Eternity, she aged slowly, even by elf standards. Once the Cauldron was lost to her, she quickly became known as the Widowed Queen. Ayara would marry the champions that were willing to search for the artifact in her name. As every knight that attempted this quest never returned, the queen would hold an annual memorial for her lost partner - an all night affair that would usually be followed up by a morning wedding to her next suitor.
