Uncle Grenzo, as he called himself, was the warden of the dungeons of Paliano on Fiora. A weaver of dirty connections in both the architectural and criminal sense, he feared the creations of the artificer Muzzio as a threat to his underground workings. Grenzo freed Selvala, the mercy killer of King Brago in an attempt to recruit her as an assassin, but the plan backfired. Selvala helped set Muzzio's artifacts on the dungeon and Uncle Grenzo would be fired by the newly crowned Marchesa, pushing him into a life dedicated to crime and chaos.
