What are your shipping rates?

Currently we offer the following shipping options:

  • - US or Canada Registered Parcel - Flat Rate - $10 taxes included
  • - Worldwide (Outside US or Canada) Registered Parcel - Flat Rate - $20
  • - Canada Only - Flate Rate - Taxes included - No Tracking - No Insurance - $1
  • - In-Store Pick Up - Free 

Free shipping for any order over $200.

How long does it take to process an order?

If you order for in-store pick up, please allow us up to 1 day to process your order. If you make an order to be shipped, please allow up to 3 business days to ship and up to 7 business days (for US or Canada Domestic) or 14 business days (for International) for your order to arrive.

 

What are your payment options?

We currently accept Visa/Mastercard, Paypal, Money Orders and Checks. Please send Check and Money Orders to the address at the bottom of the FAQ. For orders paid via Paypal or Checks, please note that your order will not be shipped or released until the Paypal payment has been verified or the check has been cleared.

 

How do I order product from your website and pick them up in-store to avoid shipping costs?

When completing your order, select the 'Renfrew In-store Pick Up' shipping option and we will email you when your order is ready for pick up in the store. Ordering for pick up benefits everyone; we can pick the order more efficiently and you don't have stand in the store waiting for us to pull all your cards. Win-win.

 

Can I order product from your website for in-store pick up and pay for the items in the store?

Yes! When selecting a payment method, select 'Check/Money Order' for the payment and make a note in the comments section of your order that you would like to pay in-store. For paying in the store we accept Debit, Visa, Mastercard, Discovery Card and Cash.

 

Are the prices of items on your website the same as the prices of the same items in-store?

Yes, with the exception of our Website Specials section. The online inventory is also the in-store inventory. 

 

Can items from the Website Specials section be ordered for in-store pick up and paid for in-store?

Yes and yes, but they must be ordered from the website. Some of the items from this section are available in-store, but they are sold at their regular retail prices.

 

Can I order an event ticket and pay for it in-store before the event or on the day of the event?

No. Event tickets must be paid in full when purchased from the website. If you are unable to pay online, you may come into the store to pay for your ticket. However, your spot in the event will not be held until the full payment is received. If an order is made for an event ticket that does not have a full payment on it, it will be cancelled.

 

Do you buy cards or collections?

Yes. We currently buy Magic: the Gathering singles and Pokemon singles. Currently all of our staff is trained to purchase Magic: the Gathering cards from Standard sets or purchase cards at bulk rates. If you have a large collection, cards older than the sets in the Standard Format, or Pokemon cards you will need to speak with our TCG expert by appointment. Just send us an email and we can set up an appointment!

 

I notice that you only have singles from a subset of all of the Magic: the Gathering and Pokemon sets available on your online inventory. Do you have any Singles that are older than the sets listed?
Yes. We do have older cards in stock, but they are not in our online inventory. We do eventually plan to have more Magic and Pokemon singles online, but putting them online is a lengthy and tedious process. If you are looking for cards older than what is available on our website, you can check in-store or you can email us with a list of cards that you are looking for and we will do our best to fill the order. 

 

You are out of stock of an item that I want, can you let me know when you restock it?

Our website has a built-in Wishlist feature. If you see an item that you would like, but we do not have it in stock, create an account and add the item to your wishlist. When we restock the item, our system will automatically email you letting you know the item is once again available. Please note that the item may not be the same price as it was listed when you first added it to your wishlist. When we restock, we re-evaluate the item's worth (particularilly with TCG singles), which may be more or less than what we had sold it for previously.
